Skybar is the adults-only harborside rooftop bar located directly above the seafood restaurant. Open daily starting at 11am, Skybar features Happy Hour specials on house wine, draft beer, signature cocktails and small plates every weekday from 11am-6pm. What’s in a name?

As descendants of Destin fisherman, the owners drew their inspiration for the seafood restaurant’s name from Destin waters themselves, or rather from what lies beneath them. Named for the popular fishing spot where the continental shelf drops off just a few miles off the coast of Destin, The Edge focuses on fresh local seafood and supporting our local fisheries. Bring your fresh catch in after a day on the water and let us cook it up for you family-style, or try one of the signature seafood dishes offered on our menu.

Set high over the water, our adults-only harborside rooftop bar offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass, and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy our signature cocktails and sample food from our full menu while breathing in the salt air and enjoying the sea breeze. Come early if you want to watch the sunset from the couches; that is an experience all on its own! After sunset, the festivities continue when we light up the fire pit on the upper deck and turn on the underwater lights below while some of the best musicians on the Gulf Coast play live music.

The atmosphere at The Edge is as special as our food

The main dining level of the restaurant offers plenty of seating right in the heart of the action on the edge of the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, with excellent opportunities for both sightseeing and people watching all day long. Unlike most “waterfront” restaurants, The Edge was built directly on top of the water, providing covered outdoor seating with panoramic waterfront views from every seat in the house. Don’t be surprised to see dolphins playing next to your chair, boats pulling up by your table, or children feeding the fish off the docks.

    A warm and hearty mélange of shrimp, andouille, gulf fish and duck confit. Cup or bowl, served with rice & crackers.

  • Steamed Mussels

    Mussels served steamed, then tossed in a lemon garlic white wine sauce.

    jumbo fried oysters on a bed of wilted spinach topped with hollandaise and fresh parmesan. Choose small (4) or large (8) portion.
